Very good apart from the fact that the airport pickup was late and our name was not on a card by itself as we were told but on a card together with 14 other names and thus missed by us.However we were pleased that the return pickup was very good.

Arrival date was 1st May: We had to wait ten minutes in the airport for the driver to arrive. I believe that was to reduce the parking fee, not really a problem. Good journey to City and Hotel Departure date was 4th May: I booked the taxi MPV for 1800 pick up and the driver came at 17.20 which was a bit too early but not really a problem.. Good journey to airport. 5 stars for everything.

The driver from the airport to the hotel was driving very nice and safely. Was smiling and welcoming. Good comfort in the car, which was bigger than expected. The driver from the hotel to the airport arrived 30 minutes early at the hotel. He was talking on his two phones most of the time. Wasn’t very welcoming but drove nice. The car was nice and comfortable.

All went smoothly, booked from airport to hotel and pick up hotel back to airport. All on time, drivers polite and vehicles clean and tidy. Liked the idea of being able to pay in advance and not having to worry about paying on the day when you have just stepped of a plane and not sure of the currency etc. Would definitely recommend, prices resonable too.

Used Airport and Hotel Pickup. Both were excellent. Hotel Pickup was 15 minutes early which is not normal in my past experiences. Would definitely use again.

Company forgot to inform driver that a car seat was required (it was mentioned in my note). However, driver was resourceful and managed it quickly. Again, not driver's fault but miss by the person taking reservations and passing on instructions to driver. Thx

We were out of the hotel 10 minutes before the pickup time and the driver was there already waiting for us. The ride was very smooth and we got on time to the airport with no delays. The driver was very courteous and polite, he was very knowledgeable of the city and get us to the airport with no issues, in general it was a great ride and we won't hesitate to use your service again when we return to Budapest.
