Driver on way there was good however lady driver on way back rather rude - talking personal business on several different people on her mobile for whole journey. Vehicles were good and very punctual. Would use service again.

Wonderful service, excellent driver who was very friendly and helpful. Driver arrived early which was very reassuring. Very nice transfer vehicle. Very easy to book the transfer service. I would recommend this service, especially due to taxi drivers Charing much too much for a short distance from the train station in Budapest.

Great service and a very high quality vehicle on both trips. My only concern is coming from UK using the mobile phone while driving is illegal but both of our drivers did this during the trips.

Difficult to pay via internet/credit card as 3D secure cod wasn’t sent properly A bit ‘unorganized’ at arrival with sign hard to find (should use better BUD-signs) and long wait for the driver to arrive, some +10 minutes

After arriving found taxi rep meeting point easily and were on our way to hotel within 6 minutes. Driver arrived 12 minutes early texted to say he was outside hotel and if we were ready to go.Great service would recommend any of my friends to use if going to Budapest.

We were at the spot at 21.00 no signs with my name on. after appox 15 min a young woman wrote my name on a whiteboard. i saw she whote it. you stand here. i will call the driver. After 20 min more the driver came running at 21.35 35 min later that my booking.
