"Excellent service in general. I can only recommend Budtransfer. Only suggestion is that when I needed to change the pick-up time, coming from the previous experience where I first called and I was asked to send an email, I only sent an email this time. I had to call the next day because I had no confirmation and apparently they did not receive the email (or missed it). Apart from that, they made the necessary arrangements and called back to confirm. So the service is great; a little improvement on communication could make it perfect."

"Good transfers and reasonable prices. Instructions given were clear. Only comment for improvement would be about communication. Going out to Budapest I got several phone texts about arrangements, which was good. But for return to airport from hotel, I got nothing, so I was anxious that I might have been forgotten, and had hotel phone through for me to check all ok. A text to confirm pick up from hotel would have been good. Would still recommend to friends. Thank you"
