The one club you should not miss is Budapest’s most beloved, the biggest ruin pub “Instant”.
What has started as a ruin pub on the Nagymező Street in 2008 has now revamped in a huge party complex offering a variation of 8 bars, 4 dancefloors, and a garden. Now that Instant has moved to Akácfa Street there’s even more of the flare, especially for the lovers of the underground electro, but rock fans will not be disappointed neither.

Established in 2010, Club Ötkert quickly cemented itself as one of the most on-point clubbing spaces in Budapest. After 11pm this gig venue gets so packed that it’s nearly impossible to get in, so our tip is to be inside before that, or bring some time for waiting because entrance queue gets insane while the party starts inside.
 

Kraft

Don’t let the restaurant setting of Kraft trick you, because as soon as the clock ticks 11pm waiters start to move away the tables and this fantastic place slowly turns into a massive party spot. The club version of Kraft has a different entrance, so you will have to take the back door if you want to join the fun.
 

Aether

Located in the heart of Budapest, not far from Courtyard, this underground style nightclub has a lot going on.
Aether is more on the smallish side, with capacity for 300. It is much respected for the excellent sound system as well as the special visual system, and there’s always an outstanding lineup with both local and international DJs.
 

4BRO Downtown

This nightclub, previously known as 4BRO has built its reputation on a pretty simple formula: strong cocktails and rhythms that make everyone dance. Club Play

Ankert

Akvárium

Akvárium is the former Gödör Club. It offers monthly changing program, live performances, and DJ sets (during Thursday, Friday and Saturday).
