If you already have a booking and need an urgent help, please call the emergency number that you can find in the confirmation e-mail.

If you book online, the confirmation is instant and the service is guaranteed.

If you did not receive the confirmation email, it can have three reasons and the solution:

  1. you misspelled your email address in the online booking form Solution: send us an email and we will resend you the booking confirmation to your correct email address
  2. the confirmation email is in your spam folder (very often happens with hotmail) Solution: check your spam folder
  3. your email provider uses a very strong firewall and any email we send you is blocked (this is rare but happens) Solution: send us an email with an alternative email address, or you can also send us an sms (text message to our emergency number In any of the above cases your booking is confirmed. If you filled in all details and made a successful payment, you don't need to worry, your driver will wait for you.
